Your body type. Every person has a unique body type depending on their genes. There are all those with high metabolism and others low metabolism. First figure out your type and look for exercises that are suitable for your body type.
Fun. If you have never worked out before, it will be hard for you to do a serious work out. It is good for you to explore exercises that are fun. Don’t be too serious in trying to lose weight, if you do so you may end up being frustrated leading to giving up.
